The basic is a good plan to start with if you’re a small company without a lot of manpower or without the need for dozens of advanced features. For not even ten dollars a month, you can add two users, up to 50 contacts, and set up sales approval and customized invoices.

Zoho Books also trains you on their product with live customer support, webinars, and several documents all available online. 

When it comes to competition, Zoho and Quickbooks share quite a few similarities. But, if you pop over to Zoho Books’ website, they’ll be the first to tell you that they have reliable customer service, no hidden fees, and the ability to auto scan documents as opposed to manually entering all the information. Regardless, both sets of software provide users with all their accounting needs.
